Happy Early 4th of July! Fireworks are going to be booming in the sky tomorrow, along with tons of glowing things that people will be wearing. I'll be going to downtown to watch them and have a great time. Can't wait for my ears to bleed. XD

Okay, so a lot of sad stuff has been happening to me this summer. My dog went to the vet and we found out she has heartworms. You think we could just give her surgery, but the problem is that when we got her from the adoption center she had them too. She'd already been through the treatment and she is about 7-8 years. The vet people didn't know what to do so we researched on what age our dog was estimated to die. Turns out she only has 2-3 years left. T.T We decided to give her her heart medicine and make her comfortable. Now she's in the house more and we give her frequent baths.

The next sad thing is that my mom has to get surgery for she isn't in pain anymore. This should be really good, but for 2 weeks this summer she won't be able to do anything, thus baby sitting my brother and sister non-stop during this time with no help. Plus, my mom will be in pain. So with all this in mind I'm rather depressed.

Well the bright side is that were in the middle of Summer Vacation and can do anything without worrying about homework or tests. I've been going swimming a lot and hanging out with my friends. July 18th I'm going to the Texas Austin Deviant Meet! Hope to see some of you there for I can meet all of you talented artists' in all professions.

Another good thing is that I have finally re-sketched the 3rd page to FOD. Turns out my style changed in shading and paws. So eventually I will have to redo the cover and first page along with re-sizing them to fit the 3rd page. ^^ I'm very happy with myself to finally get up and do this.

I'm going to go see the new transformers movie sometime in the next two weeks along with Harry Potter. Hope it'll be good. I've been reading the Odyssey for Homework and the Vampire Academy Series.
